Night Concierge – Central London – 5* Luxury Residential Apartments – £12.00 per hour

We are recruiting for a Night Concierge to join the team at this luxury residential apartment complex
in Central London.
This is a long-term temporary position, working through our agency.
An immediate start is available.
You will be working in a team based at the front desk, providing a 5* hotel style service to all residents and
visitors.
Working 5 days out of 7, on a rota basis, shift times are 11pm to 7am.
Average 40 hours per week and weekly paid.
Main responsibilities are –
• First point of contact
• Meeting and greeting residents/visitors and assisting them with their requests
• Taking deliveries
• Making bookings for taxis, restaurants, theatre etc.
• Ensuring reception areas are kept clean and tidy
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Good level of English
• Well presented and smart appearance
• Computer skills – full training given on IT systems
• Able to work night shifts
• Committed to providing high level of customer service
