Bryanston Logistics is looking for full-time and part-time self-employed delivery associates to deliver packages with an outstanding customer experience!

This is an important ‘front line’ role. So, as well as having a flexible approach and the ability to use your initiative to deal with unexpected situations, you should be passionate about providing the very highest levels of customer service.
What is in it for you?
• £134.75 – £154.75 daily rate plus a mileage-based payment to cover fuel.
• £27 daily Incentive based on team performance.
• Routes will not exceed 10 hours.

You will be responsible for:
• Delivering to your customers with a smile & taking care of their deliveries as if they were your own.
• Loading your van where required and doing regular checks to make sure it is roadworthy.
• Represent our clients on the UK roads.
• Drive safely, responsibly, and within the law.
Be physically fit as the role requires some manual handling (able to lift packages up to 23kg).

You will need:
• Full valid Driving Licence (maximum 6 penalty points and no previous endorsements relating to Insurance (‘IN’) or drink-driving (‘DR’).
• Not have any ‘Unspent’ criminal convictions.
• You will have to take a Criminal Background Check and Drug & Alcohol test before you start.
• To work on a self-employed / contractor basis.
• A valid right to work in the UK.
• A smart phone for your work app. All routes are sequenced and pre-mapped onto your work delivery app.
