An opportunity has arisen for an experienced assistant to work in a small, friendly construction company based in Romford. You will need to assist the Managing Director and in the day to day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for the Managing Director
• Responsible for all incoming queries via email and telephone
• Attend site appointments, take notes to create estimates, measure works/materials
• Responsible for creating and tracking all invoices
Key Skills:
• Previous experience of working in construction is preferred
• Strong administration skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines & a ability to interpret tasks to understand workload required
• A proactive problem solver and highly practiced in discretion and confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential
40hrs per week
Position: Full Time
Salary: Up to 28k per year dependant on experience
